Where are you located?

Riverside Retreat is ideally located along the Cheticamp River in Petit Etang, Nova Scotia. The river separates the campground from the Cape Breton Highlands National Park.

Do you have cabins available?

​

Currently we have unserviced sites and 50 amp sites available. We also have a 2 RV  available for nightly and weekend rental. More details here

Do you have showers?

​

We are very happy to announce that we  have flush toilets and pay-per-use showers. 

​

How much are your sites?

​

Unserviced sites are $25/night plus tax, with additional tents at $10/night with a maximum of two tents per site. Be sure to check the details of your site if you are adding an extra tent. Some sites can only accommodate one tent.

​

50 Amp sites are $35/night plus tax. These sites are available to RV campers as well as tenters that want to drive in to their sites.

Do you have firewood?

​

We sell large bundles of firewood for $10.

​

Are pets welcome?

​

Yes, pets are welcome! Please keep your fur-babies on a leash and under your control at all times. Don't forget to pooper-scoop ;) There is a $5 pet fee per pooch due upon arrival.

Are ATVs welcome?

​

Yes! The trails throughout Riverside Retreat hook up with the Cape Breton Highlands trail system. Please keep ATV on trails only and respect other campers.
