Backcountry camping has its perks - disconnecting from our fast paced lives, and reconnecting with nature. It's important to us at Riverside Retreat that we maintain true to these connections, even as we move toward becoming a full serviced campsite.
We have been waiting a very long time to bring electricity down to the campground. We've all had to make adjustments since the world turned upside down last spring. Having power down at the campground marks a huge step forward for us, and one that we've been looking forward to for almost a year!
Now that the pole are up, the next step is to get the lines in and bring down the office. If you get a chance, come down and see how things are coming along.
